Dougal has cleaned my chimney for the third year. He does a great job, is super nice, and always goes the extra mile. For example, this year he replaced the insulation rope on the doors of my stove. He leaves the place cleaner than it was before his arrival. He brought a colleague, Mark, who was nice as well.
