*We do not advise use of second hand/used chimneys and recommend installing units that meet current Canadian standards.

INSPECTIONS

Basic/cursory - $90

WETT inspection report - $310

*WETT inspections are most often required for insurance purposes or as part of a pre-purchase home inspection

REPAIRS

Estimate and contract dependent on extent of damage. Crown installs and flashings dependent on chimney dimensions and roof line.
