DOUGAL RATTRAY
WETT Certified Owner, Operator
Dougal is the proud owner operator of Wakefield Chimney Sweep and has been servicing chimneys throughout the Gatineau Hills since 2010. A native of Scotland, Dougal settled in Canada in 2006 having met his Lady Love at a friends wedding in 2001; the first one ever held at the Wakefield Mill. With a strong background in practical agriculture and operations management Dougal brings a technical flare with personal finesse. Customer focused, he brings an aesthetic sensitivity, honest disposition and organized mind. He is a community volunteer and has been known to play his bagpipes on roofs on request.
DAVID TAGGART
Unit Technician & Client Advisor
A Wakefield local since birth, David has been a staple in the community from playing music for over two decades at local events (and beyond) to slinging pints at the local pub. He joined the team in fall of 2020 and is looking forward to taking care of all your sweeping needs.
David is trusted, courteous, and has great attention to detail which enables him to be efficient yet meticulous in his duties.
GRACE WILLIAMS
Operations & Customer Services Manager
Born in Ottawa and raised in Chelsea and Wakefield until the age of 13, Grace then moved to Dubai where she lived for most of Highschool. She has a Bachelor's degree in Developmental Psychology with a minor in visual arts from the University of British Columbia. After travelling the world and living in Hamilton and Prince Edward County for a time, she came back home to the Hills to put down her roots and is a bookkeeper as well as administrative assistant to many small businesses in the community.
